Valerie Thwing (pronounced Twing) fell in love with art and architecture after her first art history class during her freshman year of college (too long ago to mention!). Since then, her love of art has transformed into a love of design. Although she earned her degree in Business and spent years working as a Business Consultant for a top consulting firm, she found herself spending all of her free time reading interior design books, scouting out the best local shops and helping her friends decorate their homes. After waking up countless times in the middle of the night designing rooms she had never seen, she decided to open her own decorating business. Now, Valerie is living her dream and helping her clients solve their real world decorating challenges.
